This is a great app. So easy to use with all of my Health accesses in one app. I will find quick access to a doctor the most important for me, but looking forward to using the other features too!!

The app doesn't tell you your total cost, it doesn't tell you that green shield only delivers to your area 1 day a week, it glitches and the last order date is frequently wrong. It also doesn't tell you when you will be billed (usually the Thursday before it delivers). If our insurance didn't require us to use Sparrow/green shield, we would likely just use a local pharmacy. Don't bother with the app, even the pharmacists have advised us to call them directly.

Try changing your email address!!! 3 weeks and still waiting. Worst experience ever!!!! Changing the email address only changed the login but all communications go to the previous email.

UI/UX needs to be improved. When entering information for telemedicine, the text box covers the area where you are required to type in your symptoms. You can not see what you are typing, which makes it incredibly hard to type or to make corrections. Doctor msgs do not show up as a popup or phone notification. If you switch to another ap and switch back to sparrow, it will make you re-login, click on multiple links, before finding the existing consultation, and jumping back in. Samsung s24
