OTIP’s retired members can access their health, dental, and travel coverage with ease. RTIP on the go allows you to :
- Check whether a health service or item is covered under your plan, and how much will be covered.
- Find a health provider near you
- Submit a claim or check the status of an existing claim
- Search your claims history and get the real time status of recently submitted claims as well as details of previously processed claims.
- Access your digital ID card (this is also your travel card if you have travel benefits)
- Easily access to OTIP’s Help Centre

It's even easier to use then on a laptop once you find the person providing the service in a very up-to-date directory, the rest is a breeze

So my review keeps disappearing. Hmm? This is my third time. Basic claim process okay. Unfortunately missing some categories (available on the website but not the app) specifically ostomy supplies. Annoying that there's no option to remember login info so have to log in again every time, a cumbersome, multistep process with this app. Needs to be more efficient, and have all categories please. Uninstalled for now, will use the website. Will check again at some point and see if it's improved.

App is garbage on android phone, sends access code ok, but logs back out not in. works ok on pc, not latest model phone. Reinstalled app still no go, maybe way to not pay claims.
