Literally doesn't do anything. My prescriptions transferred over to Ascension Rx. In order to do anything with the app you need a prescription number. Umm, well I don't have one yet as they just transferred. No prescription number, no refill, no status, no list of prescriptions, etc. It doesn't perform one, single function. Further, if you try and click anything in the menu it forces you to reauthenticate. Super clunky app.

I was forced by Ascension provided insurance to use the hospital's pharmacy. They will not cover my meds if filled anywhere else. It sometimes takes several days for prescriptions to show on app/for pharmacy to even review and refill. They never give me the quantity I'm supposed to receive. They have said I had no refills when given them by my doctor. I'm supposed to get 30 a month, they give me 90. I'm supposed to get 90, they give me 30. Bad app, bad pharmacy. Bad company.
