I have been using this since covid, I have consulted a neurologist, gastroenterologist, dermatologist. Sometimes the doctors changes the time of your video consultation. I never faced any difficulty just a change of time, suppose if I have booked for 3 pm, the doctor reschedules it to 4pm. Overall to me, it has been working very well.

Useless App! Such a well known hospital but the App has no video consultations slots!!!... I required consulting neonatology Dr Rajashree since I cannot come to hospital and my child is not well but App also does not provide nor calling Aster works out, they ask to use the App!! If any complications, emergencies of a Baby can never depend on Aster hereafter!!! Facilities in hospital are good but can never get an online emergency connection with any Doctor!

Please do not use this app. I have booked an appointment, but the doctor never turned up. I am struggling to get the refund now. Stay away from video consultation if you expect professionalism.
