I had a very disappointing experience with this app. A online consultation was cancelled by the hospital due to the doctor’s unavailability, but the refund has still not been processed despite multiple followups with customer care. What’s more frustrating is that the app does not provide any option to raise a refund request or track the refund status, leaving users completely in the dark. This is a basic feature that should be available in any service-based app. I strongly suggest improving it

Very disappointing experience. We were given the wrong X-ray CD (a chest X-ray instead of my mother's wrist X-ray), causing unnecessary inconvenience during her orthopedic follow-up. Communication and support from staff were also poor during our hospital stay. For the amount patients pay, I expected much better care, attention to detail, and compassion. I hope the hospital improves its patient care and administrative processes.

Did not get refunded for the appointment booked for the doctor who was absent on arrival I was told to book an appointment with a new doctor (had to repay for the new appointment) , and was assured I would be refunded the money for the no-show doctor it's been a month, and even after repeated mails to the customer support / in app inquiry complaints, I've not got my refund At this point, I just paid a heaft fee (Rs.1200) for a ton of headache ! Never using this app again !
