Never go for video consultation. it's a scam. They will take your payment and the doctor will never join.

Booked an appointment through app for radiology in Kanpur MIMS, they didn't accept the appointment made via app. Tried contacting the reception and radiology department. Rather than multiple redirections, nothing happened. The app is useless if they didn't accept the appointments made through app.

Ticket number 18613. Appointment was cancelled by Doctor, but it has been 3 months and no refund is given. Horrible experience with this app. Looks like they stole my money

Your hospital is not serving people you people running a business, your admin team is lazy and irresponsible too, I was paid 2 bills 1 pharmacy and 1 in admin, pharmacy bill is correct but admin bill is wrong which I don't need to pay that time Am not stable my mother is handling once I stable I asked Doctors teamer than they said yeah it was mistakenly we will refund you back I was paid on 29th of August 2025 admin said it will take sometime by 4th sept you will get your 2015/- I need refund
