Very useful. I can buy the tickets without any problem. It also shows where can you buy tickets and routes. I use it to go around Florence.

Excellent and very convenient. We used it extensively every day in Florence and Pisa. We are a family of 4. We bought Carnets (group of 10 tickets) at a time and activated 4 for the four of us for each trip (valid for 90 minutes in Florence city on any bus or tram).

Awful service. Times are not respected, buses disappear all of a sudden, buses are not shown on map, buses that are indicated as arriving at a certain hour nec'ver appear and then disappear from the timetable as if they actually passed

You can't buy tickets straight from the timetable, you have to go all the way to buy and then explore which ticket type fits the bus you want to ride and pray you're buying the right ticket, otherwise the Control lore kicks you out of the bus, "Rigoletto sbagliato". No dark mode

I bought ticket online. I waited at the bus stop when the bus is arriving I raised my hand but didn't stop. Then I tried to wait the next bus but then again didn't stop, so I just ask my husband to pick me up. I paid for nothing.
