Easy to use, a few quirks Does what it says. Only issues so far... 1 When switching from manual to automatic, the setting temperature doesn't change to that programmed, it instead waits until the next switching time. 2. When in automatic, I would like an 'advance' button to flick to the next programmed set point rather than having to manually increase the set point. First world problems... 😊

Seems to work pretty well. Slightly fidly to configure the heating schedule in the app on a small screen. Not sure what the "Wi-Fi" logo means in the app - sometimes it's on, sometimes off. Mysterious. Would prefer not to have to use my exact address to configure the app (security/privacy)... Rough location would be better.

Tends to work well but is quite slow. Having to configure CH schedule for every day of the week individually is a bit time-consuming and fiddly. Would be great to see a "copy" function to apply changes.

Needs some improvements The thermostat is fantastic. The app needs some work. On my phone the current temperature and the target overlap, decreasing legibility. Information is empty. And there is no way to delete messages.

Absolutely Awful App! Never worked right since we got the boiler installed. We wanted this to connect to our phones but every time I make a change on the app it never recognizes it and simply doesn't work! I've set up the CH schedule a billion times for it not to change or work! It's the same if I try and turn the heating up / off from my phone it never works and have to do it via the thermostat which is NOT why I bought this boiler! Waste of time in my opinion!!

Can't log in to the app with the credentials I use on atag zone, can't connect to the thermostat. Samsung Galaxy S7, sort it out ATAG!!

Great design, a lot of sensor data if you like and enough configuration options. Unfortunately, most of the time, settings can't be accessed due connection problems. It's depressing to see that this problem exists for years, every ones complaining, but no fix is made yet. (the iOS app performs better btw). So please Atag, work on the reliability!
