The APP is easy to use! I do like it! So My Oriental debit card expired, and they sent me the New Debit card with the Same Number, Problem is in the ATH MOVIL App it's impossible for me to delete the expired card!!! Without adding the New Card. I try changing it with the same number and either way There is No way to put my New Oriental Card in. That's the Only Puerto Rican Debit Card I owe, The rest is from the Main land, which ATH MOVIL Don't accept. Can the Developers kindly add on Delete 🙏🏽

If I receive 2 request from the same person the first one gets deleted.... IDK if it has to do with the fact the request was a few days old vs one that was today

This app was a good app I use to be able to pay bill with it but when my card expired I tried to update to my new card, and I can't because it doesn't want to let me do it. Will you please have an update to the app?

APPLICATION it's not working right I been trying to delete my account, so I can open a new account seens the bank give me a new card and won't allow me keep saying I have no Wi-Fi or data I do it's really frustrating

Amazing app, easy to use. But when I changed my phone number I got locked out of my account with no way in, locked away from my OWN money. I'm a teenager with no driver's license and parents that work, so I can't just go out to the bank any time to get it fixed in person, and over the phone I just get confused as to what I am supposed to do. I can't access my money easily, so I need to carry cash everywhere, since a lot of the places I go don't take card since I mostly support small shops. HELP.
