It took me through the checks a few times, as others said it seems to loop for some reason, repeating what's you've already done. But eventually it worked. Used for a DBS check and despite the faff was easier and faster than going to the post office

Cannot even take a selfie. It keeps saying cannot take liveness test picture. Tried nearly 20 times and even deleted app and reinstalled it.

I can't find how to scan my documents. When I try to res can the code all I see is the room I am in.

It makes you take a photograph of physical documents but can't support sending over pdfs, and support is very poor. If the courts and hospitals are sending letters to my address it's prehistoric to think I need to go out and print a bank statement to prove to a third party I live here when a PDF will have the exact same thing.

Refuses to run on a stock Google Pixel phone. Says it won't work on a phone that has been jailbroken. That's fair enough as a province, but my phone is very vanilla, running standard Android OS, and is definitely not jailbroken or an emulation. This app is completely useless for an Android user. Worse, it prevents people creating a digital ID for legitimate purposes. Avoid.
