I brought fan for 5500 in Amazon and installed, but it is not connecting with alexa. No support given with installation by atom berg service person and charged installation charges 350. I have exchanged fan again I am facing same challenge. Not working with alexa Or google. Working only with remote. Don't waste money additional 1500 rs for this. Try buying only remote. Reynosa smart plus model but no smart. They are smartly selling high price with only remote fans.

Worst fan don't buy. Two fans purchased both are faulty. Every 2 to 3 months technician coming for same problem i.e. metal part falling inside and full noise and speed become one tenth. Waste of time and money.

Just one star, because not getting connected to my two Renesa smart plus fan. Even the company service person couldn't connect the app to both the fans. Useless App. Atom berg, please look into to it.

After reset the fan is not getting connected to Wi-Fi. I tried with Atom berg App and also Smart life App, none of them is working fine. Please help
