It works. Cheapest monthly service I've found. Researched a month before purchasing one. No complaints. Sometimes the app must catch up with where the unit is located. Within a minute of opening the app I know exactly where it the unit is located and start seeing it real time. I've read the complaints about it doesn't work if car is off....the only reason you would need it for that is if you don't pay your car payment and get towed. I always know where the car is last turned off. I pay my note

I called AutoBrain. Only to get no service. I pay you all a fee each month. I call the main number. Then asked to call another number to roadside. I call roadside only to be told to they cannot find my information. Roadside then asked me to hang up and call AutoBrain to assist me. I called AutoBrain and the gentleman advise me that he will contact a supervisor @Roadside to see why they cannot find my information. AutoBrain told me to pay out of pocket and I will be reimbursed! I want answers!!!

Does not work. Supposedly gives you notification when device is unplugged, doesn't. Says my car has been in the driveway all day, most definitely hasn't been. This happens a lot. Junk tech. Get a lojak. You get what you pay for i suppose. Also customer service sucks. called when they opened at 9 got an all agents busy messsge, left a voicemail. calmed repeatedly all day and sent messages through the app. They closed without ever responding.

I wish I could give this app and the product that goes with it a minus five stars. a scam to grab your money pier and simple. Stay as far away from auto brain products as you possibly can.

Can't delete credit cards. Can't add new ones past two. Support can't help other then deleting your account and starting over. Don't have those device numbers as they are buried under the dash of rental vehicles. Tracking is sub par but useable on a good day. Good days are rare and location updates on 12 or even 24 hour intervals seems common. Oh and when you are fed up and turn your service off to use another provider they will charge you if you don't return their worthless devices.
