Avida(System2) is built to help you build a real relationship with an elite fitness coach. Your coach will work with you to build a personalized program, communicate with you daily to make sure you stay on top and review your progress.
CUSTOM TRAINING PLAN:
Your coach will design a customized workout plan to make sure that you reach your fitness goals. This will incorporate activities you already love doing and equipment you may already have.
APP WORKOUTS WITH VIDEO
The Avida app will guide you through workouts step-by-step while also recording your movements, which you and your coach can review anytime.

You'll never again feel like you are alone in your fitness journey. Your coach will always always be there with you to support and motivate you.
You can choose to synchronize your Health app data with Avida in order to display daily activity summaries within Avida, as well as to share these summaries with your coach.

What I love most about this app is how it gives me a workout plan that evolves as I gain more experience at the gym. My coach has guided me through every aspect needed to help me progress. More often than I'd like when Pause and resume a workout video, or when I enter my weights and times, the app glitches. The video stops playing, the screen goes black, or the whole app closes. I end up having to restart the app completely, and when I do, the workout starts over from the beginning. It’s really frustrating and makes it hard to get through a session.

I have to keep uninstalling this app and reinstalling it any time I want to do a check-in. Even if I update the system it will still not let me complete a check-in until I do that whole uninstalling process.

Hello! I've been reaching out via email and IG. I joined a challenge and shortly after got injured and couldn't continue. I've been trying to see if there is a pause option so that I can recoup the time and start back today. I've just signed into my account to try to contact customer support or something see if I can self-service a pause and to my complete dismay not only cannot I not pause, I also can't cancel the membership. You've collected two months. I realize there was a commit me

Read the reviews! You can clearly pick out which ones are fake/paid reviews and which ones aren't. This is a scam app that has gotten "coaches" to sign up as the face, where the app does all the "work" leaving you with generic messages, generic workouts that are not tailored to you're experience, equipment. Or lifestyle and a joke of a meal. Plan (coming from someone who has experience in this sort of realm). STAY AWAY and DO NOT give out your card information.
