Worst service in Kolkata. Cars report late. Drivers don't know locations and mostly need personal direction. No coordination. Avoid.

An app where the price of service is premium has to be wayyy better than this. An airport ride in a basic car that one can get in Uber Go is price at 2.3K!!!
