It's a good app I guess, it does what it's supposed to do, but for the love of all that's holy, stop renaming it. What was wrong with Tenant app? What was wrong with calling it Boendeappen in English anyway? Many people use it only once a month, to pay the rent, and at this point it's like a guessing game if your phone is set to English. I should not need to dedicate a small but not insignificant part of my brain to remembering what my rent payment app is called this month.

App works fine, but I would really love having the ability to lock forum posts from getting more comments. Some people can be really nasty after something is answered, they look to pick fights, and I would rather be able to lock a forum post instead of having to delete it!

The new design is fantastic—modern, clean, and visually beautiful! However, there are a couple of issues that make the experience frustrating. Every time I log in, the app suggests the "Get Started" tour again, which gets annoying quickly. Also, when I tap "Back" to navigate, it exits the app instead of going to the previous screen. These small issues take away from an otherwise great experience. Hope they get fixed soon!

Horrible consistency, used to be called boende appen then tenant app now resident app. In the most recent update the errands tab is gone! Poseidon no longer allows tenants to call in favor of the app, and now it doesn't work.

Got an automatic "free" insurance as soon as I begrudgingly made an account. The app is designed only to sell more services. I would stay away as the app right now reeks of scam behavior.

Awful experience. can't login using bank ID - Avy app throws an error. Wanted to write a report - screenshot required. Wanted to go make a screenshot - app just crashed to black screen. And I just wanted to pay a bill. Worst app I've ever used.

Garbage app, slow, prompts the same verification multiple times in succession when doing payments. Occasionally freezing, in spite of updating and reinstalling.
