The App was nice and easy to use before your previous update almost two months ago when I couldn't transfer money to any mobile wallet. I called your customer service personnel several times through your toll-free number they advised me to go to my nearest Azania Bank Branch. I followed the instructions and reported my query to the Arusha Branch almost a month ago now with no solution. I'm able to make other transactions paying bills etc. but not transferring money to both mobile wallet and bank.
