I love this already! It has a simple set up and very clean and understandable instructions with videos! The guided workouts arent actually guided workouts they're more suggestions to set up your own guided workout which is helpful. I really like that they included a timer in the app, it helps me get down and just do it. The only thing i'd suggest for and wish this app had was, a way to favorite workouts or customize my own workout. This is exactly what I was hoping to find for back pain exercises and I'm amazed I lucked out with such a perfect app. It's simple but i'd definitely suggest this app

The back button doesn't work, despite the replies to swipe upwards, this is
a bug/error with the app. No video guide's, just basic info you can find in
five minutes on Google. Takes loads of storage for a useless app with no
content.
