So much better than the old one! Startup could be faster. Also having to click to start the biometric unlock should not be needed.

Requires a Google account, and it's even worse now because this is also the 2FA app, so no access to any banking since I switched. No tech support via messaging, no support via phone (waited over 1h on the line). A painful transition into the 21st century for this Bank which looked promising for travelers

No more instant balance transfers between cash and savings accounts outside of banking hours. This used to be possible with the previous app. It's a severe disadvantage that is causing us to consider switching banks. Not a nice feeling to be a cash-strapped pauper from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. What if you come across a great deal for holidays or gadgets, and you can't claim it because your cash account balance is too low? Please fix this urgently!
