Ba opals is a user-friendly English app for expats shopping on Taobao/JD in China (both websites on one platform). Customer support is very responsive and readily available to assist with any questions and queries. They also communicate with sellers on your behalf, making the entire shopping experience much easier. I've made a few returns for refund and haven't had any hassles so far. Definitely a must-have for newcomers who aren't able to communicate in Chinese. Thanks for the great service 👍

Useless. What's the point of needing an app when it offers exactly the same thing as the website does. Overall It's so hard to search any products! Searches within specific categories/subcategories are just impossible.

Bug on the app. It keeps crashing after I did a purchase, the app just shut down and get a message saying the app has a bug and only an update from baopals. I reinstalled it and while the app doesn't crash anymore, I get a page with message :" sorry we are unable to process your request"

I love baopals and use it to buy things all the time, but I hate the app. Several times now my internet connection has failed, or my finger has slipped/baby has hit my phone and I have lost a unique item that I really wanted to buy, and I have been unable to find it again because there is no way to view history. I know you can add things to a wishlist, but you don't always get the chance for that to happen if something goes wrong with your phone. Add a history button.
