Download the app and reserve a box bike in your neighbourhood. You can unlock the box bike in the app. Use the box bike to transport children, groceries, packages and more. You can always park the box bike and pause your ride. The electric pedal assist provides a smooth and eco-friendly method to move through traffic.

BAQME is easy, you pay per minute. You can also choose for a day pass or month pass, this gives you unlimited access to the BAQME fleet.

You do not need any fixed parking space near your home, you can park the electric box bike in your neighbourhood. Ride without hassle, we take care of charging and maintenance.

UX with Baumé is inferior to what it is with Cargoroo. Yet, Amsterdam Gemeente controls the choices we can make so nothing we can do

I like the service, while the app is sometimes slow and unresponsive. Also, it would be super cool to have more areas of Amsterdam having parking lots for bikes

Multiple times that bakfiets isn't charged. Once it was broken almost made an accident. The lock didn't want to close up to 5 minutes waste of money.

The UI is slow and confusing. The battery indication is displayed as range (in km) instead of a simple charge percentage, which is inaccurate at best and deceitful at worst. The map becomes so small that it's almost unusable once you select one of the bikes. There's no way to keep a support chat session open if you need to go back to the app. There's lots of room for improvement.
