Application was not allowing me to login. It's showing authentication screen even after entering security code. So uninstalled application and again installed, now it's asking me registration code for login, and I don't have any & I don't temporary token to login on desktop as well. Issue got resolved with the help of IT help desk.

It doesn't work, sat here trying to log in/on & it cannot connect - suggesting I check my internet connection and try again, my internet connection is absolutely fine! I need to log on asap for a new/temp RSA token - but cannot do this - I'm therefore unable to log in 'proper' without assistance from my line manager, which is just a waste of everyone's time. I also get an error message suggesting there's a problem with the 'RFL' connection or something along those lines? Very poor. Plus, when you uninstall it to try and start again - you can only obtain a registration code from a Barclay's registered desktop, but I'm working from home, on a personal laptop...
