Good to know many things we can do with this app without reaching to IT, this app reflects the Resiliency Barclays is aiming for.

★★★★★ George Johnston · Feb 5, 2021

A useful app, especially when working from home or in meetings as it's a very quick way of navigating internal tools and using the phone book.

★★★★★ Niralee Aphale · Aug 12, 2021

After login, the app closes immediately with error message - "Unable to connect - please check your internet connection before you retry". Update - Was contacted by the developer and the issue was resolved. Thanks!

★★★★★ Amol Patil · Aug 12, 2021

Application was not allowing me to login. It's showing authentication screen even after entering security code. So uninstalled application and again installed, now it's asking me registration code for login, and I don't have any & I don't temporary token to login on desktop as well. Issue got resolved with the help of IT help desk.

★★★★★ Manik Pruthi · Jul 11, 2021

App keeps on crashing, not loading at all. Update: Issue is resolved now, thank you for quick resolution.

Keep getting an 'update is available' message, but this is not showing on play store, just option to open. This is not the first time that this has happened. Encouraged to use the app to access tools such as Alvaria, but this never works properly more than once a day, very frustrating.

★★☆☆☆ S Archment · Aug 17, 2020

It doesn't work, sat here trying to log in/on & it cannot connect - suggesting I check my internet connection and try again, my internet connection is absolutely fine! I need to log on asap for a new/temp RSA token - but cannot do this - I'm therefore unable to log in 'proper' without assistance from my line manager, which is just a waste of everyone's time. I also get an error message suggesting there's a problem with the 'RFL' connection or something along those lines? Very poor. Plus, when you uninstall it to try and start again - you can only obtain a registration code from a Barclay's registered desktop, but I'm working from home, on a personal laptop...
