These guys came to my house today and were brilliant I have a massive tree that needed a hair cut, but I also have privacy issues with a very unpleasant neighbor when I explained this to the bark team they took it all on board and took me seriously my tree has now been cut back, but my privacy retained bark were efficient polite hardworking and for the amout of work they did thier price was beyond reasonable I would highly recommend the bark tree surgeons for anyone looking to have help

I received emails saying I was connected with professionals; however, when I either followed the link in my emails or logged into my account directly to check my matches, it would continuously say Bark is still searching for matches. I could not see any potential professionals for hire.

I got scammed. Bark don't vet any of the "professionals" that use the platform. The app just puts you closer to scammers. Avoid.

I have used this a couple of times and the people are Great it's the person who looking for the jobs that's the problem one I got to do the guttering came home as they were putting the ladders onto the van in was told all the guttering and down pipes had all been cleared then the rain came in to the room so got a roofer he sent up a drone and on checking it as it was going round we noticed that THE GUTTERING HAD NOT BEEN DONE AFTER PAYING HIM £350. I got hold of him, and it was a bit of a fight

Terrible. They label you as "suspect" if you access from outside home territory. Companies this lazy should not be supported. Worse their response was" that's the way it is" super lazy. I went elsewhere.
