This app is not user-friendly. There are no clear instructions. I wanted to create a USD account and was told it was possible by customer service via their app. I ended up with a useless BHD account that I did not want because the app doesn't clearly tell you what are the steps and actions taking place. Stay away from this app and go to the branch instead
