The app works awesome but only a small problem, I created a saving box (Spar box) and I transfer money there every month different amounts, when I open the app it shows me the spar box amount on top. I should habe the ability to hide only spar box or move it as hiding the amount hides even the real account amount. Seeing my savings made me think of buying stupid stuff, please give us the ability to hide Spar box from main menu or move it, and I'll give 5 stars.

Very nice app, actually. There could be some little improvements about the ui. But in general everything is there and working as expected. There are some things other banks really could add in to their apps / websites, too. Edit: app doesn't offer a clear way to provide. Feedback. There's only the function to "rate" the app. But the rating isn't displayed anywhere, you can't view other ratings. So it's a feedback form maybe after all. Currently, creating new contacts doesn't seem to work.

Would not recommend at all. Sign up errors. Would prefer a pestilent option. Service 0/5. Thanks to the customer service I am locked out of my account. Already talked to 5 customer service reps, and it was a waste of time. The lay out of the app leaves a lot to be desired. Discourages strong passwords. Ads should never be part of a banking app. Never! By default, the camera records you using the app.

Absolutely horrible experience with the application. The process of residence and tax information verification is a total chaos. When you upload the documents in your Document section, sometimes the attachments are saved and sometimes not. Sometimes, the attachments just disappear. The online support is absolutely helpless and not competent. If I send the documents directly to them, they ask you to upload the documents in the App, and as I mentioned, it's not working. 0/10 can't recommend

The login password can't be inserted by my password manager, I have to go into my password manager and copy the password every time I want to open the app. If I click on the button to insert the password by my password manager the login window closes itself. The password has to be inserted every time you want to use the app. After login in the app also asks you if you accept the cookies. At least if you only accept the necessary you get asked EVERY TIME.
