Very fast and efficient for payments. Not always logical but has improved continuously

It's very easy to pay the bills with the qr code. It's easy to see your balance and the amount of money spent for each month. The only bug are the attachments of the email, they can't be opened or downloaded. Also, the return button bring you very back from some tabs. Often you have to click again and again to go back to a specific tab if you used the back button.

I am only using the app for authentication, so that I can log in into my banking from my browser. For this purpose, it works fine. But, if you are reading this dear BCV, please let me have the app installed on 2 devices simultaneously (my phone and my tablet), so that I can use any of the devices interchangeably. This is standard with other banks (ZKB, UBS), and I see no reason why BCV should not allow it.

It's hard to understand where to find things. All items look like web page and not like mobile app. It's the only reason I need to use another bank with easy to use mobile banking app. But if you are bcv customer - the app allows you to perform required actions after some struggles.

Last update: new transfer goes "oops! An error... please try again later". I spoke too soon! :(Since previous update app stopped crashing! Yoopee! It still starts slower than before the beginning of problems and sometimes gets stuck starting a new bank transfer... but it's getting better. I wish the transfer history details were visible, not just amount, date and title. I've seen this option in EVERY other bank: ubs, Santander, get in, hsbc, Citibank. One day maybe, one day...
