It's very easy to pay the bills with the qr code. It's easy to see your balance and the amount of money spent for each month. The only bug are the attachments of the email, they can't be opened or downloaded. Also, the return button bring you very back from some tabs. Often you have to click again and again to go back to a specific tab if you used the back button.

App is sometimes changing UI and that is not so logical. Otherwise, overall it is ok. Easy to use. Notification settings confusing. It definitely need redesign. I was happy about self service, however now it is empty again.

Last update: new transfer goes "oops! An error... please try again later". I spoke too soon! :(Since previous update app stopped crashing! Yoopee! It still starts slower than before the beginning of problems and sometimes gets stuck starting a new bank transfer... but it's getting better. I wish the transfer history details were visible, not just amount, date and title. I've seen this option in EVERY other bank: ubs, Santander, get in, hsbc, Citibank. One day maybe, one day...

After the update, I cannot log in. It says I reached the maximum number of attempts, even though it is my first attempt, and before the update, all was good. It asks for my ID or to send me a letter by post. I click the ID version, and it says, "Error, please get one by post." I choose post it asks for my phone number and then goes to error again. So at least for 3 days, I cannot access my account because of you. Since I need to call and wait for post

BCV bank does not care about the clients. Using Graphene OS on a Pixel 9a. BCV Twint cannot be used with my device but all other TWINT app are available. I will be switching the bank just for this. Unacceptable
