Such an efficient and easy app to navigate. It gives me options to buy online and pick up in store (this includes prescriptions as well), along with the stand alone E-store which carries many Canadian products and tags these with a 🍁 which they have been doing for at least as long as I have been using the E-store - 6+years now. App keeps advising to update from within the app, can't get into pharmacy health. Stuck in loop as there is no update. Uninstalled and reinstalled same issue. Unusable.

The intent of the app seems great, but the implementation is flawed. The app will not allow me to connect to the pharmacy where I have had my prescriptions filled, and the functionality to scan prescriptions does not work at all for me. I get an error message telling me to call support, who seem incapable or unwilling to resolve the problem by connecting the pharmacy to my profile. It has been a disappointing experience, leading me to want to transfer my prescriptions to a competitor pharmacy.

Stopped working, reinstalled, and it won't load past sign in, keeps telling me to update the app, but it is the most recent version.

It starts to load, and then it just pops off again. It won't open. I didn't really see anything it won't open. It looks like it's going to start, and then it just pops off. The app didn't use extra battery then I expected it won't open. There's nothing else to say it won't open.
