Pathetic App..Used this app for some months, earned 380 points and when I
tried to redeem the points with the merchant, they told me that they are no
longer associated with bebuzzed and my points are useless now. Contacted
customer care and he told they can do nothing about it..

I had saved 4 free movie ticket vouchers that I cannot access anymore. The app will not work so so my Boucher's and points are lost. Very disappointing and deceiving.

Horrible experience. Using since last few years. Had points at multiple outlets worth over AED. 350. Every outlet refuses to honor the point redemptions. At every update of the app, the points seem to reduce or the qualifications criteria is stretched so that the points are worth lesser. Now even the app doesn't work properly and the 'call us' number is incorrect. Wouldn't suggest people to download this till things are sorted.
