The app is buggy but not the worst. The worst is the service and the company. Cannot reach anyone when I have a complaint, however they can reach me easily when they want to sell. Also, the recurring payment without notification on top of the 30-day use it or lose it policy is just underhanded.

I booked a car wash today for 40aed by 4PM the suddenly they rebooked the schedule to 6PM without prior notice. Luckily I was able to track the schedule. Unfortunately I cannot reschedule it on the app either. This is an SCAM!!! Don't use this service for your own good!!!

One of the worst application I have ever used, every time I open it it throws and error and if there is no error, there will be some problem either it doesn't show the available time and date or if u book it doesn't work, and u have to go through the pain on contacting customer service, and lately they reply after few days or even doesn't reply at all, even if u report thr problem or tell the CS they won't bother to fix it, I have been given this comment for the past yr and nothing done.
