I must say this app is a big step up from the last one. Ease of use, app speed and controls got much better, I get no random sing outs from the app, and connection is much more stable and quick. On the other hand, I noticed that the heater returns to its default state every evening for some reason (22 °C) while in manual mode, and I haven't been able to completely shut down the heater (just lower it to 5 °C). I'm assuming it's a software issue. And I would love if it would work with Google Home.

This is actually working better than the old app for me. One problem is if the Wi-Fi signal is too weak, you're going to have problems. You need a very good signal. The other problem is the Wi-Fi itself. If you have some firewall protection or something similar that is blocking the traffic... problems. We have a corporate firewall that was causing problems and once I figured that out and used a non-restricted Wi-Fi with very good signal, everything started working and behaving as it should.

It worked perfectly until last update, now I can not access house selection and 3 dot options. Just revers last update and lover house selection beneath camera. By the way excellent heating solution especially for cottage houses 😃

The app is not working, I connect the heater to the app, but the heater went offline in the app after 30sec. When I start the app again, the heater is still offline. The heater is connected to the Wi-Fi all the time.

Can't connect to heaters, I have mesh Wi-Fi which combines 2.4/5G in one network. App says that I can't use 5G, but I can't force switch my router to 2.4g. Useless app. Why not just support Smart life which has no issues.

I copied the text from the screen to connect the heater to Wi-Fi. It says everything you need to know about this app. I added comments... "1. Make sure that your phone is connected to the access" connected to the access?? "2. Check if your phone is connected to Wi-Fi (our heaters if your phone. Is connected to 5 GHz network)" our heaters if... what are you even trying to say??? " 3. Prepare your (SSID) and." And... what? This is supposed to be representative for BeHa???
