Awesome app to accompany Bell Security services for home. Yes some configurations are locked on the desktop browser, which I recommend you check to make sure all security features are enabled, but it's a great addon to access cameras, notifications, etc., via the mobile phone. Not much of a fuss if advanced features are locked in web mode.

Does what I want it to do. Arms, Disarms. Does a few things I don't need. Like telling me the powers off, there's nothing I can do about it. What is missing is that it doesn't work with android auto. Like this is the third decade of the twenty-first century.

Bell smart home security failed again. Night vision is missing clips and not recording when vehicle pulls into Driveway at night. Whole vehicle has to be visible for the trigger. Ground zone is set to the max, there is no reason why this isn't working. Without a memory card, I wouldn't know at all, if someone showed up.and no way to manually record clips that the camera is missing. Overall it is requiring me to use a second camera, which is alot cheaper and more reliable. Not happy at all

Only good thing in the package is a cheap video system. The included "Dumb smart light" is only a turn on/off from the phone. The light is not programmable for timed on and off. Wall switch is far more convenient. The same holds true for the Smart receptacle, not programmable.
