Ben Alessi Coaching

Ben Alessi Coaching is the app for clients coached one to one by Ben Alessi. Every session, meal and weekly check-in lives in one place, with a direct line to Ben.

Training comes first. Each client gets a program Ben writes for their goal and their gym, with demo videos for every exercise. Sets, reps and loads are logged in the session, a rest timer runs between sets, and past numbers show up so every week has a target to beat.

Food is planned around the training. Clients follow a meal plan with daily calorie and macro targets, log meals as they go, and can pull ideas from Ben's recipe collections.

Weekly check-ins close the loop. Clients send their weight, measurements and progress photos, Ben reviews them, and the plan is adjusted from there.
