Doesn't work and hasn't worked since May of last year. Please tell me all of your app developers have been fired, and you're in the process of finding employees who can make this worthless app. Guess I'll call my insurance and hope they know how to do their jobs. Don't bother even waiting your time downloading this app. It doesn't work

Can't ever get into it over ridiculous password requirements. When you change your password it doesn't work. Tired of having to change my password every time I use the app, and it just is useless.

Very difficult to find a doctor. The application doesn't find a doctor in your area regardless of adding city, state, zip code. It took me 1 week to find an actual general practitioner. I had to go on my own to find this doctor. Hoping this app will improve due to the fact that we need this app to find most of our doctors.
