I have been a customer of the Pharmacy for a while now and love them. I thought using the app to order refills would be easier, but I was so wrong. When the app opened I was prompted for a pin and DOB I entered my DOB, figuring I would be asked to enter pets' information later. Nope. As a result, my 3 orders were rejected for "invalid birthdate". O figured I could correct the mistake, but there is no chance to. It appears that there can only be 1 patient entered into the app which is dumb too.
