The UI of the login page itself is horrible. Everything is in white-the options, text, input while the background is also in white. Unable to see what we type

The app is useless in that it is taking meter reading, but it is not being submitted (only being saved). The bill for the period is not being generated. Professionalism is lacking in maintaining the website as well as the app. When will the website managers perfect the website and the app? I searched for the button for "view and download the bill" in the website as well as the app. The online service of Bhatnagar Gas is very, very poor. Change the website and app managers.
