This app is a Loan shark! I already paid more than the amount of my loan, but the remaing balance is still the same every time I paid the due, the balance must become smaller. But its getting higher every time I pay. How was that? This loan app is a criminal. When I ask the staff to explain to me what's happening why did my balance hasn't been deducted even if I already paid more than my loan amount, the staff won't answer and won't listen-. Must report this to Securities and exchange commission.
