Better than Ubber or Lyft. Always on time, clean cars, polite drivers and reasonable rates. Always feel safe, and the drivers are helpful, and ALWAYS WAIT FOR YOU TO GET INTO YOUR HOUSE. Haven't used any other car service since I've moved from Texas back to New York City. Koodos to BIG Q!!!!👍🚕💯 They'll even let u take your dog 🐶 if you let them know in advance, and request a minivan.(Dog MUST BE WELL TRAINED AND NOT SICK...etc. vomiting) be considerate and bring a towel or sheet. Remember this is someone's car and livelihood.
