It works well. My main issue is that it doesn't put me on duty from driving status when I stop my truck until 5-7 minutes after I pull the brakes sometimes. That results in a lot of lost driving time unless I actively put myself on duty or off duty manually as soon as I stop...

I've been using Big Road for several years now and don't leave home without it. The company I work for has their own ELD setup, so this is a backup. A DOT Officer stopped me for a low-level inspection. He asked what my backup was. When I told him Big Road, he said he wished all drivers used Big Road. He and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely terrible. Doesn't connect to truck. Kicks you out of PC into on duty driving and screws your reset. Switch from sleeper to off duty? It restarts the 8hr reset. And now won't count down just stays on 8hrs. Trucking is a 24/7 industry. Customer service with big road? To "serve us better" they reduced their hours to 7am-11pm. Worst ELD.

Many times tried to contact to synchronize my truck odometer with ELD device, nothing helps, they just sent me new devise and disconnected that what I used without any notice. New device started to count my mileage from 0 km!!!! Very helpful! My suggestion that special technician has to connect or check any troubleshooting. We are drivers and has many things to focus for now I have IFTA audit, will see very disappointed by support team

Absolute POS company to work with. We have used them for years, but the last year plus NO customer service, problems after problems and no one will work to resolve them or fix issues. They grab your money and leave you hanging. STAY AWAY
