Not sure if the developer will see this, if yes please provide an update. In the initial days of using smart meter many of my relatives where unaware of the process to check meter balance and recharge it. To help few of my relatives I have added their account in my app with otp from there mobile. Now, since most of them are now aware of the recharge process, I am trying to remove other IDs from my application, but I am getting error - 'CA number and mobile number did not match'.

Balance is not real time.it updates once in a month, sometimes it shows directly huge negative balance. It was good in the starting phase, but now it's worse. It feels like a scam even govt subsidy is not showing. Developers and service providers must be banned.
