Worst service provided by Bihar urja Smart meter. I recharged ₹1,500 at 2 PM, but the app was still showing “disconnected.” Then I recharged another ₹2,000, and it is now 9:55 PM, but the electricity still hasn’t been restored. This is absolutely terrible service from a private company. Government service was better than this.

Worst app. Not showing daily consumption history. Not showing unit deduction history as well. Only showing meter connection status and balance. After doing complaint, it replied update app from Google Pay store, however updated app installed. It also suggests to download suvidha app but in that app, during registration it showing invalid consumer ID. What to do... customer care is sleeping.
