All good but this App doesn't store the completed visits, due to this negative factor, it's hard to calculate your worked hours. This is soo annoying, please Birdie techs calibrate your app on this regard, make the app user-friendly by saving and storing the completed visits in hours.

Hello Team Lately, I have been experiencing issues on the birdie mobile application as a care coordinator in that I can't search for my carers using the search options. This was not the case before now, as that functionality was available up until some of the recent updates on the application. Every time I have searched, it returns the error message "Name in search does not exist." Please assist with necessary action

This app needs not only fixed but upgraded better, freezes all the time sometimes can't log in for days cause it just gets stuck on load, it would also be HUGELY beneficial if family could put comments on it as well, rotas, pictures of carers etc. there's a lot that could be done with this app that would be better for carers and families alike.

Cumbersome, overcomplicated, time-consuming and not user-friendly. Drains phone battery. No facility to inform the client what carer they have next. Much prefer my previous employer's app, Access Care Planning which was user-friendly and super quick to complete.

Keeps logging me out and asking me send a code to my phone. No codes received after asking ten times and says my number is not registered with my company, but it is as I have just logged in today already
