Finally, working again for a few months. Haven't tried away from home connection yet, but in home everything functions as described.

The App finally works!!!! I recently received and installed a new control panel for the Blackstone Smoker. Figured I'd see if there was an app update and there was. Everything connected perfect!

Does what I need it to do which is display smoker temps and probe temps. Sometimes simple is better.

They have fixed their app, it works flawlessly now and connection was super easy.

App does not work and Yes I will return my $1200 Smoker/grill combo because of this! Get it together Blackstone!!!

It doesn't connect to the grill at all with a Samsung S22 ultra on Android. Tried it on a iPhone 14, and it doesn't reliably update the temperature from 20 ft away. The app may say 200 degrees and the actual temp was much higher. Pretty much useless as an app.

Doesn't allow me to create a login. Bought the smoker griddle combo, tried to create a login for the app, so I can connect to my Wi-Fi, doesn't allow me to set up, just spins, same when trying to register product manually, also will not allow me to scan QR code. All around, bad app, I was excited to get this expensive grill only to be disappointed with the app.
