This app is great! Can change all the settings to fully custom you smoke. The only thing I think I would prefer to change is the alarm for the Temp. The single tone triggers my PTSD, so I don't particularly enjoy that. I watch the smoke carefully while I grill, so I try to turn off the App or the sensor before the alarm goes off. The probes paired with this app is an easy recommendation compared to other probes and even better than fully wireless Bluetooth probes I've tried and had to return...

Overall a Solid Wireless Thermometer set. I have been using ThermoPro Temp Spike Pro consistently for over a year now. Connected to both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with no issues. I have used 3 other brands in the past and quickly found issues. Temp Spike Pro has been reliable and my goto. I wish that I could set a mid-cook temp alert for internal temp. Only alert option is final cook temp with up to 15 minute pre-alert. Being able to set another temp alert would be a monster win for me.

I've had no issues so far. It would be nice if the persistent notification displayed the temperature instead of just saying "Thermopro running in background" it would also be nice to have a widget that displays the temperatures.

Can you make the Target temperature alarm not limited to 212°? I'm trying to use two probes one inside the food and one just sitting in the open air in the grill, so I can get an accurate read on what temperature the grill is running at, and I set an alarm if it goes above 450°

First wireless thermometer and I had hope, but technology failed me. Setup instructions were clear, but Wi-Fi setup portion was a PAIN. Constant beeping of the device trying to connect, even on call with customer support. The app would crash often or say the device was registered to another account. Strangely, when I would go home on my phone, the notification for running in the background would pop up. I'd click it & it would show the probe temps, but then crash or try Wi-Fi connecting again!

Absolutely useless product. Despite probes theoretically being paired to the hub, no temperature is displayed in either the app or on the hub. Instructions direct you to check the FAQ section of the app that doesn't exist.

Purchased a Bluetooth model. Could not get it to connect to my phone. I called the company. The four things that they had me try did not work, so they will send out another unit, and will arrive in a week or two. Threw the unit I just bought in the trash. I need a unit today. Went and purchased a Wi-Fi unit. It connected, but keeps going offline every 5 minutes. The outside units work. Wanted one to check remotely. Returning the Wi-Fi unit, will get an off brand for literally a quarter the cost.
