The wife purchased the ninja for my birthday, I was very against leaving my traditional bbq behind, but I have to admit its brilliant especially the smoker/temp prob with real time cooking and temp info directly to my phone. Can cook anything except custard, and that's because I haven't tried to. First I cooked roast potatoes and a smoked brisket. All the usual grilled stuff followed by apple crumble. Custard went in microwave. All good can do almost everything from your app. The Ninger wood fire is a real man toy, I highly recommend this instead of a traditional BBQ

Ok, how the ... do I get this app to stop logging me out after every use?! Edit: it literally does not work... says the grill is off when it's on, if I press start on the app the grill restarts but the app still says "start ignition". Is there a help desk I can contact???

I purchased a thermometer, had I known I would be required to log in to use this app every time I would have left this on the shelf. Very disappointed with the need for background monitoring and the prompt every time it opens to be used being prompted to turn on the app all the time. Poor connectivity to the thermometer and very slow reaction times. The fit and finish of the hardware is great, the software/app would be the worst part. It's a thermometer, monitoring beyond use is unnecessary.
