The android app works. Without the app I had difficulty setting the functions manually. I have smoked baby back ribs, St. Louis pork ribs, beef ribs, chicken quarters, and pork chops. They have all turned out great.

The app has no sound notifications when the grill had reached the set temperature, nor does it have and sound notifications when the meat has reached set temperature using the probe. I started my pork roast at 600° for 15 minutes to get a sear on the outside, then brought it down to 350° to have roast reach an internal temp of 140° to allow for carry over. I looked on the app, it was 150°. The app really deserves to let its users what is going on. Needs sound notifications.

To many logins. App is a kludge. Just start over and full user control. Everything you touch restarts your settings. The local grill HMI is even worse

Awful app, had to reset password twice as it refused to recognize it. Then once in, the app refused to show it had the air fryer in order to pair it. No matter what I do it will not open beyond that point. What a useless app. Maybe try having an actual booklet with the dual air fryer af400 like the crispi version does. Instead of a rubbish 3-page booklet on how to turn it on.

I purchased a thermometer, had I known I would be required to log in to use this app every time I would have left this on the shelf. Very disappointed with the need for background monitoring and the prompt every time it opens to be used being prompted to turn on the app all the time. Poor connectivity to the thermometer and very slow reaction times. The fit and finish of the hardware is great, the software/app would be the worst part. It's a thermometer, monitoring beyond use is unnecessary.
