The idea is good, the details badly done (at least for my local transport provider). The error messages when logging in were *not* helpful (turns out I had an account already and GPS *must* be on, but it never told me that). You cannot use the app to look up a trip; you must immediately book (without knowing what you are booking). I will only use this app because the alternative (call a phone # where you may or may not reach someone) is *even* worse.

I wish I can give negative 5 stars because this app is horrendous. I understood the first week, of course there would be some mistakes here and there, but the bus wouldn't arrive at the scheduled time. Not only did it arrive way later than it said it would, but it had the AUDACITY TO SAY I WAS A, "NO SHOW". I'm usually patient and understanding, but I am through. It's only an inconvenience. I stood at the stop for 45 minutes after the scheduled time without it showing up. I wish I could write more
