Worst app, always shows error during payment for flight ticket.

One of the worst app and customer service. I booked ticket from portiere to Chennai. My amount got deducted, but there is no update about my booking for nearly 14 hours. Called repeatedly and mailed, but no use. They gave head office number, but no one picked it. Worst service. What's there in letting know the user about the status of his booking. Add icon for your transactions. How he will proceed with, without knowing whether his flight is booked or not. What will happen if he books it twice.
