Bad product plz don't buy. No customer support. I am disappointed with my experience. I feel Blue Star did not provide the service or support that was promised. Blue Star misleads its customers.

Blue star is worse service provider. It is automated way to raise generic tickets, no understanding of customer problem. I am trying for ac service, being ignored and avoided by the technician. Technician not picking up call and scheduling to come at his own leisure time without my availability. Cancelling ticket on his own. You are wasting customer time. Worst service ever.
