★★☆☆☆ To get any useful information, you might as log into the website. The app is terrible

★★☆☆☆ Every time I try to use the app it crashes immediately after I log in. Sometimes I get an error but most of the time it just crashes, and I have to log in all over again. Each time I end up signing in through a web browser instead. I am at the point of giving up and getting rid of this app since it just doesn't work.

★★☆☆☆ This app has been unavailable for days. That's unacceptable. Then every time you use it. The thing tells you your login and password is wrong and locks you out they reset it supposedly or unlock it. So go back to the app it's down tells you to go to their website to log in, I use the info they gave me, and it locks me out again. Very unprofessional. I question why insurance is so u godly expensive and the incompetence is overwhelming. This has to change
