The APP is working well and quite easy to use. But it would be useful to have more tips about how to use the different programs, such as in which body position a certain program should be used. It also could be interesting to have some long term programs mixed with real sport activities for sport training.

The treatment doesn't start even though the Blue tens device is connected to my phone, the timer is counting down, but there is no electric stimulation. I have to restart the phone and app couple of times before I get it to work

Disappointed. Blue tens's benefit is the flow helping the user chose the right treatment and apply electrodes. Cheaper tens like the Easy@Home is better: supports more accessories through the common connectors. Some have manual mode to control frequency and pulse length and electrodes are cheaper. There are too many issues and missing features in the app: 1. Unable to choose the language of the app (to be different from Android system lang) 2. No manual control of frequency and pulse width 3. Choice of zones of the body are really limited 4. Treatments are limited and repeated in the different categories 5. If the phone goes to sleep or the app just goes to the background the current treatment is lost 6. No firmware update control in the app

Since last update can't connect the app and the unit, no treatment can be initiated. Before that no problems with connection on Android phones. Is that a bug? Otherwise, we love it and made a very positive impact on our regeneration and sport life.
