Everything worked, up to the point where the app is supposed to send a code to my phone. However, the phone number that it is sending the code to ends in 0. My phone number does not end in 0 and there is no option to change what the app is doing. I used to pay my mobile bill online, either on my computer browser or on my phone. Now I can do neither. I've called the company a number of times, and they have not been able to rectify this problem. Very frustrating.

Been using the app for months now with no issues. I buy the prepaid plans with my debit card, and it usually takes about 2 mins to complete the transaction. Much, much better than paper options with a thorough transaction history if you need to get additional information. Will recommend.

Not sure why everyone is getting issues, but I've used this app for months without issue. It's very convenient especially with the ability to use local bank cards to make payments. I've recommended this app to multiple people without issue. Good job on this one Mobile 👍🏽

This app is not functional .every time you try to top up with your card it's blocked. Mobile keeps saying it's the bank and the banks keep saying it's Mobile.... what a waste of time

The app is no longer opening or allowing me to sign in, please fix it. I've tried Uninstalling and installing it back and still nothing, it's been like this for 2 weeks.

It does not work! I signed up and couldn't use the password, kept getting an error message. Even tried to reset the password,. Same error message. Don't waste your time to download this. It got one star but it deserves zero.

Like everything else from bmobile this app is trash...literally a waste of time. If bmobile spend half the time to have a working app than trying to scam people with their ridiculous plan pricing it could have been at least usable.
