L'application dispose de deux espaces:
- Un espace public offrant la possibilité d'accéder à toute personne aux services périphériques (Guide, Offres, Nos agences).
- Un espace authentifié accessible via les identifiants e-Banking et vous donne accès aux services listés ci-dessous :
- Consulter les soldes de vos comptes et vos dernières transactions ; - Rechercher vos opérations dans votre relevé de compte ; - Consulter et partager votre numéro d’identification bancaire (RIB) ; - Suivre le cours de change et convertir votre monnaie ; - Échanger avec votre banque via la messagerie - Consulter vos cartes et vos relevés de cartes - Opposer une carte - Effectuer des virements et signer des remises ; - Gérer des bénéficiaires ; - Voire toutes les agences de la banque sur une Map ;

Transactions are always delayed, hidden fees like "factures" ?, can't see full transactions, and you can't export the bank statement or any useful document. Will close the bank account. One more thing. I asked to cancel the app service, but they asked me to write a request and bla bla bla...

If you lose your password, you have to go till the office to get new one . In other banks just entering your e-mail adress, and you will receive a new one . This bank is too late regarding other banks .
