Unable to upgrade charts since system upgrade A recent navionics system upgrade wiped the detail from the charts and the page for the chart upgrades is not loading so I have lost functionality.

Problem on Nexus 9 (Lollipop) I just upgraded my tablet from a Nexus 7 to the newly released Nexus 9 which comes with the latest version of Android (Lollipop). Navionics crashes on start up. Won't run at all. Hoping you'll fix this soon. Now that the compatibility issues are sorted it's awesome.

Lost all detail. Like previous poster Brad, I lost all detail today. I also lost the ability to download maps. Thankfully I am at home not at sea but this exposes the reliability of this app. Otherwise i love it, but proof that a paper chart should never be far from reach. Disappointed. UPDATE following email from Navionics: Thanks for the email. Unfortunately none of the answers you provide below address the problem. • I was using the Navionics Layer, not the GOVT charts • The system was not low on memory, I was not using any of the apps you suggest. • I have not installed any cleaner software that may remove the detail and the detail returned once I reinstalled the app, so it was clearly still there, just not accessible. You may need to examine the stability of your app. As I mentioned before which you reference in your disclaimer, I do not use this app for navigation, I have specific software and instruments to do that on board. I use it merely for an overview when on land. That said, it has not proved reliable enough for that unfortunately.

App worked brilliantly during free trial but now proving impossible to update. I've paid the subscription but still only have the basic app, so l uninstalled it and now can't reinstall because play store thinks it's still on here. Frustrated??!! And nothing other than an automated answer from Navionics.

Beware Navionics When they refused to ugrade my first charts which stopped working on later android versions, I bought this. Have to say I wasn't terribly surprised that they have sneaky add ons such as shallow areas as a paid extra. Well hello there Mr Navionics but when you buy a Boating Chart for €30+ you expect to be able to see shallow areas. So I paid the extra charge....but not happy with Navionics attitude to their customers.
